Starting last Friday aku join team bonding kat AnCasa PD. Mula2 memang rasa uncomfortable. I have to make some movement to increase my energy level. Then only I can think & do something to comfort myself. Guess what... I learnt phisiology movement create energy. What else :-? WORDS and INTONATION also increase energy level.

Being "HERE & NOW". Bayangkan kita kembali ke zaman kanak2, tak yah fikir apa2 kan... main, belajar, ... aku mula suka konsep mcm ni. Memang nak kena create environment mcm ni @workplace.

Satu lagi "Being Childish". Sebab budak2 kecik is almost egoless. They will ask almost everything to make themslf clear. Macam aku, memang susah nak bertanya. I like to explore and cari jawapan dari sumber2 lain. Now I relize that, I am wasting some of my times. Huhh.... Aku sangat ego! I like the this quot "Pls leave your shoes and your ego before enter the door" :)

Sabtu. Kami mula bagi nama kumpulan "BLUETOOTH" - kalau buka balik lipatan sejarah. Bluetooth ni salah seorang pahlawan Viking. Our team cheer : BLUETOOTH POWER!!! Guess what... kumpulan kami champ 3 out of 5 outdoor cativities, champ the Samurai games, champ the human puzzle. At the end we were the CHAMPION.
